Subdivision 1. An insurer, or an agent or employee of an insurer, shall not make or charge a rate which discriminates against the employment of a person who is physically disabled through the loss or loss of use of a member whether due to accident or other cause. Subd. 2. A person who violates subdivision 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
