Subdivision 1. A person that takes fish with devices, chemicals or substances in violation of section 97C.325, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. Subd. 2. A person who takes or possesses a muskellunge in violation of the game and fish laws is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of up to $1,000.
