Subd. 48. "Nondivisible load" or "nondivisible vehicle" means any load or vehicle exceeding the applicable length, width, height, or weight limits set forth in this chapter which, if separated into smaller loads or vehicles, would: (1) compromise the intended use of the load or vehicle; (2) destroy the value of the load or vehicle; or (3) require more than eight work hours to dismantle using appropriate equipment. Subd. 67a. "Roadable aircraft" means any aircraft capable of taking off and landing from a suitable airfield and that is also designed to be operated on a public highway as a motor vehicle.
