Subd. 4. "Gang activity" means the commission of one or more of the offenses listed in section 609.11, subdivision 9; criminal damage to property in the first or second degree under section 609.595, subdivision 1 or 1a; trespass under section 609.605; or disorderly conduct under section 609.72; or unlawful possession of a firearm by a minor under section 624.713, subdivision 1, clause (1).
