Subd. 2. Except as provided in subdivision 2a, it shall be unlawful for any type vehicle to travel at a rate in excess of ten miles per hour while within the limits of a manufactured home park or recreational camping area. The ten miles per hour limit shall be clearly posted throughout the manufactured home park or recreational camping area, and may be enforced by the municipality in which the park or area is located.
