Every person operating or causing to be operated any boiler or pressure vessel after it has been examined and found to be unsafe and after the owner or operator thereof has been notified of any defect therein and what repairs are necessary to remedy the defect who fails to comply with the inspector's requirements is guilty of a misdemeanor.
