(a) An industrial hemp grower licensed under this chapter may sell hemp plant parts and propagules to a cannabis business or hemp business licensed under chapter 342. (b) An industrial hemp processor licensed under this chapter may sell hemp concentrate to a cannabis business or hemp business licensed under chapter 342.
