A person is guilty of cannabis possession in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 90 days or to payment of a fine of not more than $1,000, or both, if the person unlawfully possesses any of the following: (1) more than four ounces but not more than one pound of cannabis flower in any place other than the person's residence; (2) more than 16 grams but not more than 80 grams of cannabis concentrate; or (3) edible cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products infused with more than 1,600 milligrams but not more than eight grams of tetrahydrocannabinol
