A person is guilty of cannabis possession in the first degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five years or to payment of a fine of not more than $10,000, or both, if the person unlawfully possesses any of the following: (1) more than two pounds but not more than ten kilograms of cannabis flower; (2) more than 160 grams but not more than two kilograms of cannabis concentrate; or (3) edible cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products infused with more than 16 grams but not more than 200 grams of tetrahydrocannabinol.
