For the purposes of this section, the terms used in this section have the meanings given them in this subdivision. (a) "Building mover" means a person, corporation, or other entity who raises, supports off the foundation, and moves buildings on and over public streets and highways. Building mover does not include a person who moves manufactured homes or modular homes, farmers moving their own farm buildings, or persons moving buildings which are less than 16 feet wide by 20 feet long. (b) "Political subdivision" means a city, town, or county. (c) "Road authority" has the meaning given it in section 160.02, subdivision 25.
