Subdivision 1. Whoever does any of the following is guilty of a misdemeanor: (1) sends or delivers to another any document which simulates a summons, complaint, or court process with intent thereby to induce payment of a claim; or (2) prints, distributes, or offers for sale any such document knowing or intending that it shall be so used.
